Anne hope you feel better soon I also fell in my kitchen and hurt my bad knee I am full of bruises and very sore it is no fun getting old.

good morning friends,

i am sorry i have not been here much, but health issues are the reason. i will be 83 this year and am in my own home still. i have home help on three times a week ..the nurse comes twice a week and darcy got me meals on wheels until i am up and running..i was doing ok 

but had a fall again this time i was taking blankets off my bed and triped on them. my kids  said i might like to go in care until i get over this lump on my road. i said no

  so now beside my back up group darcy has taken to phoning morning and night and coming three times a week to visit.

lee is i vet-nam on a motor bike trip with his friends they will be back on the 24th  it was his friends idea for  his 60 birthday.. and i was more then happy for him. when he was home he was always here he really need this break from work and looking after me. he has been gone almost a month but every day he has sent me snaps and long letters.of the places of places they have been both country and city..

   Carol, sorry about your fall, I am still have alot of trouble and pain in my left arm from afall i had back in Oct. I had xray done , nothing broken, I fell face first in dining room, I had a coffe cup in one hand and a tea glass in the other.And would you know, I am left handed, so the arm will never heal when I have to use it. Good morning friends we have more snow today. I fell in my kitchen yesterday and got a lot of bruises on my two knees and my arms my bad knee gave out and I didn't know anything until I met the floor with a bang the knee which hurt the most is the one I am getting replaced, its so much fun getting old..Hope you all have a great day stay safe keep warm and God Bless
